Does the VA have to enroll, or can I enroll them?

Either works. Business owners enroll their VA all the time — and it often signals to the VA that this is an investment in them, not a performance review. That matters. We do ask that the VA participates willingly and honestly.

Will you share what the VA says about me (or vice versa)?

No. Your intake forms are for my eyes only. I use both perspectives to build a complete picture, but I don’t share one side’s answers with the other. What we discuss in sessions stays in sessions.

What if my VA is good — just not operating at their best?

How much time does the VA need outside of sessions?
