Stay home with your kids and help with the bills.
A 4-week “test drive” to help you find out if the Virtual Assistant (VA) path is actually right for you.

Before you spend thousands on courses or coaching,
get real experience, honest feedback, and clarity.
Next Group Dates: February 9 – March 2, 2026
Designed with moms in mind ✨ Only 10 spots
You want flexibility, but real life feels…complicated.
You’re a mom who loves being with your kids; school drop-offs, park days, snuggles on the couch.
But you also need to help with the bills.
The problem?
Most jobs that pay anything decent want you gone nights, weekends, or stuck in an office. And flipping burgers or picking up random shifts doesn’t work when you still need to be there for your family.
Then you hear about the VA world: flexible hours, working from home, using your brain again. It sounds perfect…
…but you’re not sure:
- “Am I even qualified?”
- “What does a VA actually do all day?”
- “What if I invest in a program and then hate it?”
You don’t want hype. You want clarity.

THAT’S WHY I CREATED THE VA CAREER EXPLORER
This isn’t a big, overwhelming course or a promise to “launch your VA business in 30 days”.
The VA Career Explorer is a 4-week, hands-on test drive to help you:
- Try out real VA tasks
- See what the work actually feels like
- Get honest, personalized feedback
- Decide with confidence if this path fits your life, your personality, and your season
You’ll walk away knowing one of two things:
- “Yes, this fits me – I know my next steps.”
- “No, this isn’t for me – and I’m glad I found out before I spent thousands of dollars and hours of my time.”
Either way, you win with clarity.
If the VA path does fit, you’ll be stepping toward flexible, remote work that often starts at $25/hour in the U.S. – a lot better than minimum wage or late nights away from your kids.
What happens over the 4 weeks
Each week, you’ll get a taste of what real clients ask VAs to do, without the pressure of “having it all figured out.”

Week 1 – Email & Calendar Basics
Learn what it’s like to manage someone’s inbox and schedule.
You’ll practice organizing emails, responding professionally, and setting up simple calendar systems.
Week 2 – Simple Website Edits
Get a feel for updating basic website content (no coding required). You’ll see what “Can you just tweak this on my site?” really means.
Week 3 – Event & Light Marketing Support
Test-drive tasks like helping with webinars, simple launches, or small in-person events; the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running.
Week 4 – Social Media Support & Wrap-Up
Try basic social support tasks (not full-on social media management). You’ll finish with clear feedback, what you did well, and whether this path truly makes sense for you.
Each week includes:
✅ A live group call with Q&A
✅ Clear assignments
✅ A place to submit your work
✅ Feedback from me (Lorin)
This is for you if…
- You’re a mom who wants to be home with your kids and still help with the bills.
- You’ve heard about the VA world and it sounds amazing, but you’re not sure where to start or if you’re qualified.
- You want flexibility and the ability to set your own hours instead of working nights, weekends, or shifts that don’t fit your family.
- You’re willing to try real tasks and receive honest feedback, even if the answer ends up being, “This isn’t the path for you.”
- You want clarity and a realistic look at VA life before investing in a big program or coach.
You don’t need to be “techy”, you just need a willingness to learn, try, and be honest about what feels right for you.
What you’ll walk away with (even if you decide VA isn’t for you)
✔️ Clarity on whether the VA path fits your skills, energy, and season of life
✔️ A basic understanding of common VA tasks and expectations
✔️ Personalized feedback on your strengths and areas to grow
✔️ A Next Steps Guide to help you move forward; whether that’s continuing toward a VA career or choosing a different direction with peace of mind

In just four weeks, you’ll know if it makes sense to pursue VA work that can pay at $25/hour and up – or if your energy is better spent elsewhere.
Spots are intentionally limited so I can personally review your work and support you.
Your next step is to register for the VA Career Explorer. If you need more information before doing so, you can schedule a call with me to talk it through and make sure it’s the right fit.

Frequently Asked Questions
“Do I need previous VA What exactly is the VA Career Explorer?experience?”
The VA Career Explorer is a 4-week, guided “test drive” of the virtual assistant world.
Instead of watching endless videos or guessing if this career is right for you, you’ll experience real VA-style tasks, receive personalized feedback, and join live group coaching calls to ask questions and gain clarity.
This program is designed to help you decide – confidently – whether becoming a VA truly fits your skills, lifestyle, and season of life while you gain basic experience.
“Who is this program for?”
This is for you if:
- You’re a mom or woman craving flexibility and income from home
- The VA world sounds appealing, but you’re unsure if you can actually do it
- You don’t want to invest thousands in a VA startup program or coaching or your own business without knowing if it’s right for you
- You want real experience, not just information
It’s not for you if you’re already running a full VA business or looking for advanced scaling strategies.
“How much time does the program require?”
The time commitment is intentional and realistic:
- 4 hours total of live group coaching + Q&A (spread over 4 weeks)
- 4–8 hours total of hands-on, real VA-style tasks (spread over 4 weeks)
Most students spend 2–4 hours per week inside the program.
“What will I walk away knowing by the end?”
By the end of the VA Career Explorer, you will be able to clearly determine:
- Whether you’re naturally built for VA work so the referrals start flowing and your rate increases steadily
- If you need to strengthen a few key skills before marketing yourself
- What a real day-in-the-life of a VA actually looks like
You’ll also walk away with:
- Hands-on experience using basic systems and tools VAs actually use
- Honest, individualized feedback on your work
Clarity and confidence in your next best step, whether that’s moving forward or choosing a different path
“Is this a certification or a “how to start a VA business” course?”
No, and that’s intentional.
This is not a certification and it’s not a full VA business-building program.
It’s an exploration and preparation experience designed to help you make an informed decision while gaining basic experience before investing in coaching or long programs.
“What if I realize being a VA isn’t for me?”
That’s a successful outcome.
Many women spend months (or years) trying to force themselves into a path that doesn’t fit.
If this program helps you realize the VA path isn’t right for you, you’ve saved yourself time, money, and frustration and gained clarity you can apply elsewhere. Plus next steps on how to discover what fits you.
“Why is there an investment if this is a “test drive”?
Great question and an important one.
You’re not paying for information.
You’re paying for:
- Real, hands-on experience (not theory)
- Personalized review and feedback on your work (not found in most programs)
- Live coaching and Q&A access
- Clarity that prevents costly missteps later
Many women spend far more on programs they aren’t ready for, or never finish.
This experience helps you invest wisely, with clarity and confidence.
“What if I’m not “good enough” at the tasks?”
That’s exactly the point of the Explorer.
You’re not expected to be perfect.
You’re expected to try, learn, and receive honest feedback in a safe, guided environment.
This program helps you identify:
- What you’re naturally strong at
- What skills may need development
Whether this work energizes or drains you
“What happens after the 4 weeks?”
At the end of the program, you’ll receive:
- Clear guidance on your next best step
- Resources or recommendations based on your readiness level
- Confidence to move forward – or permission to pivot – without second-guessing yourself
- Gained experience in the basics of the VA life
There is no pressure to continue into anything else.
“How many spots are available?”
This is a small, guided experience with only up to 10 students per group to ensure personalized feedback and support.
“When does the next group run?”
