One-week onboarding sprint. You’re hands-on for that week. After that, it runs without you in it.

Investment

It’s a retainer, not a project rate.

Engagement is monthly retainer. Pricing scales with scope, hours, and the seniority of the role you need. We don’t publish numbers because the right number depends on what you’re actually solving.

  • Monthly retainer, billed in advance. No hourly tracking on your end.
  • 3-month minimum engagement. The work compounds. One month isn’t enough to know.
  • Pause or cancel after the minimum with 30 days notice. No long lock-ins.
  • Investment scales with scope. Inquire and we’ll send a number based on your situation.
  • Quality is on us. If the match isn’t working, Chaska re-matches at no cost.
